Why it beats a room in town
  • Fifteen minutes to the drop zone on back roads — no US-1 traffic through Sebastian on a Saturday morning
  • Whole house to yourselves: no hosts on site, no shared kitchen, no bunkroom
  • Private dock, kayaks and paddleboards for the weather hold or the no-fly day
  • Fire pit and gazebo on the water for the after-jump debrief
  • Full kitchen so a team eats for a week without eating out
  • Ductless mini-split A/C in every room and ceiling fans — you sleep cold after a long day in the sun
  • Quiet dead-end street: an early call time actually means an early night

The dock was perfect, had a lot of space, and we even fished a couple of times and caught some fish.

Luis · Stayed with kids · May 2026

We especially loved having access to the private dock, and the open floor plan made the space feel comfortable and inviting.

Natalie · Stayed with a pet · March 2026

We loved the panoramic view of the river and being able to walk out on the dock

Boogie week

Sebastian Invasion · December 27 – January 1

The drop zone's end-of-year boogie brings jumpers in from all over the world for six days of big-ways, load organizers and parties — the 2026 edition is Invasion XXI. It lands in the middle of peak snowbird season on this stretch of the lagoon, which means everything within 20 minutes of the landing area is booked well in advance. If you are coming for the Invasion, or bringing a team for a training camp before it, get your dates in early.

Questions

Skydiving stays FAQ

How far is the house from Skydive Sebastian?

About 10 miles and 15 minutes by car. The drop zone is at 400 W Airport Dr on Sebastian Municipal Airport (X26); we are at 6910 US-1 in Grant-Valkaria, straight up US-1 and off the highway.

Can a team or a group of fun jumpers book the whole house?

Yes — the house is only rented whole, never by the room. Three bedrooms, five beds, sleeps 8, two full baths, with a three-night minimum. Split between a team it works out well below area hotel rates.

Do you have monthly rates for instructors and coaches for the season?

We do keep monthly availability, especially November through April. Rates for season instructors, coaches and videographers are handled case by case — message us and we will quote you a special price for the block you need.

When is the Sebastian Invasion boogie?

The Invasion runs from December 27 to January 1 every year; the 2026 edition is Invasion XXI. That week overlaps with peak snowbird season here, so lodging within 20 minutes of the drop zone goes early. Confirm the year's schedule at sebastianinvasion.com.

Is there space for a truck, van or trailer?

Yes. There is driveway and yard space for a truck, a van, or a boat/gear trailer for the length of your stay.

Can I bring my dog while I'm jumping for the week?

Two dogs are welcome, no size or breed limit, $100 per dog per stay. Dogs cannot be left alone in the house, so plan the day around that if you are on manifest all afternoon.

How much is a tandem jump if we are not jumpers?

Skydive Sebastian lists tandems at $219, with a $199 weekday rate using their WEEKDAY code, exiting at 13,500 ft over the Atlantic coastline. Prices and schedules are theirs — book directly with them at skydiveseb.com.
