"This house was great! Just as described. Interior is spectacular. My group had boats and we were able to dock them at the dock throughout the weekend. The owner of the house was very responsive when we reached out to ask if we could dock our boats at the house. The dock was perfect, had a lot of space, and we even fished a couple of times and caught some fish. Owners are super responsive. The house was great. And there is a a lot of space to park cars and trailers for your stay. I will 100% book this stay again."

"We enjoyed our Thanksgiving at this Property. The host was very responsive whenever I needed her. The property was quiet, clean, and had exactly what we were looking for. A private dock for fishing, we caught a total of 32 fish mostly catfish some bass and two stingrays :). The bonfire in the back was a great way to end our evening’s. We will definitely revisit this property. Thank you for hosting us."

"Went up to rent a pontoon boat and fish with the kids and everyone had a blast. The dock was great for fishing and catching was easy. Great view with tons of dolphin swimming by. kids loved the back yard. It's huge. the pictures don't do it justice. Capt hirams right down the street and so is publix. definitely be staying there again when we go back to micco."

We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and caught quite a few fish. We saw lots of dolphins. The neighbors on either side are very nice as well (such a pleasure talking with Steve).. "Our stay was Great, lots of house space, my grandson loved the hammock small room to hang out. Fire pit great as we had a nice fire in pit, with wood, I brought with me. Had trouble working any lights in living room an dining area which we later found out!! There were no batteries in controls! Only one had a battery in them, so had to keep switching battery! Overall a great stay, beautiful location, big house very roomy!! Mariana great response when contacted. Very well stocked kitchen. Only issue was the batteries, an no washcloths but we made do. Will definitely rent again if in area again for another wedding. Thanks , Mary"

"We came to visit family in a nearby neighborhood, and there are NO places to stay here in Grant-Valkaria. Sunrise was the PERFECT location. We honestly couldn't have asked for better. We loved having the unobstructed view of the river across the street, we watched dolphins play one afternoon while sitting in the living room! There are endless, fun hang out spaces on the property, and the layout is so spacious and family friendly. We absolutely loved the rental."

"Marianas home was the most beautiful Airbnb ive ever stayed in. She was an amazing host and quick to respond to all of our questions. The pictures don't do this home justice. It was honestly so much more beautiful in person. The layout is perfect and was more spacious than we thought it would be. The attention to detail added to beauty of the home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. We spent hours on the dock fishing and watching the dolphins swim by. This was such a relaxing and much needed trip for our family. "We have stayed at this property a few times! Can’t say enough how awesome it is for a fairly inexpensive family vacation! We are from Savanah and we spend a lot of time on the water. It’s a great option for the boat and having water time! It gots our lifestyle and always enjoy the convenience of being near the tourist area but, not all the expensive costs to go along with it! So many cozy spaces to comnect and relax, we brought our boat and fishing gear, cooked great meals and got to bring the pups along so we didn't have to stress about their care - checked all the boxes!!
