Dog-friendly. Two dogs are welcome with no size or breed limit, the fee is a flat $75 per stay rather than per pet per night, dogs are allowed on the furniture, and we keep towels, bowls and an outdoor rinse hose for muddy paws. A large share of our repeat guests travel with dogs.
$75 flat for the whole stay, covering up to two dogs. It is not charged per dog, per night or per month, so it is the same for a long weekend or a 13-week stay.
No. The yard is open waterfront lawn with a gazebo and fire pit. Most guests use a lead or a temporary tie-out for the yard, then walk the quiet neighbourhood streets. If your dog cannot be trusted off-leash near water, plan accordingly.
Yes, from the shoreline at the edge of our seawall — that is where most dogs go in and out easily. Rinse them with fresh water afterwards; the lagoon is brackish. Avoid letting a dog drink lagoon water, and keep them out during a visible algae bloom.
Canova Beach Park in Indialantic, about 40 minutes north, is the only designated off-leash dog beach in Brevard County. Dogs are not permitted on the beach or in the water at Sebastian Inlet State Park.
Crated dogs may be left alone. Please text us if you will be out for more than a few hours so we know not to send anyone by.
Ask us. The policy above is written for dogs; we consider other pets case by case before booking rather than after arrival.
