Melbourne Orlando (MLB) is the easy answer — 30 minutes, direct flights from Toronto, Newark, Charlotte, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Orlando (MCO) is 90 minutes but has every airline. Palm Beach (PBI) is often the cheapest JetBlue fare from the Northeast — worth the 1h 45 min drive when the fare gap is >$150.

Christenson's Landing ramp is 3 minutes away with free trailer parking. Long Point Park (10 min) handles boats up to 25 ft. Our own dock has power and water — tie up all season.

What to bring vs. what's already here
Already stocked: kitchen basics, spices, coffee (drip and Keurig), Vitamix, Instant Pot, Adirondack chairs, cooler, kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), charcoal grill, fire pit, hammocks, TVs in every room, streaming signed in.
Bring: prescriptions, your favorite pillow, your fishing rods and tackle (we don't supply gear), charcoal for the grill, sun shirts, hats, a good book, and — if you have one — your bike. There's a great flat 4-mile ride on Grant Rd.
Barefoot Bay next door
Three miles south of us is Barefoot Bay, one of Florida's largest 55+ communities — 9,800 residents. Two pools, 9-hole golf, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce, a community theater with year-round shows, a pub, and a marina on the C-54 canal. Guests are welcome with a resident, and many of our snowbirds have friends inside the gates already. Cost expectations for a 60-day stay

What's the coldest it gets?
A few nights per winter dip to 40°F. Days stay 65–78°F. You'll want a light jacket for evenings, not a coat.
