Population 900. Home of the Grant Seafood Festival (first weekend of February) — a 90-year local tradition that draws 50,000+ visitors over 2 days. Free admission, $10 parking, unbelievable fresh mullet, shrimp, clam chowder, and homemade pies from the church ladies.

Twin beach towns with a small walkable downtown, Publix, three good restaurants (Djon's, Chill Bar, Ocean 302), and the best public beaches in Brevard south of Cocoa Beach.
