Pricing structure
Standard corporate rate is $3,750/month in-season (Nov–Apr) and $3,000/month off-season (May–Oct), cleaning included, single crew or family. Bulk contracts (60+ nights) get 5% off; 90+ nights get 10% off. Extra cleaning between crews on request at $150/turn.
How the process works
1. Send us the window, headcount, and employer at sunriseontheriver7@gmail.com. 2. We reply same-day with a written quote and can hold dates for 72 hours pending PO. 3. Rental agreement signed digitally; W-9 on request. 4. 50% deposit at booking, balance net-15 or per your AP terms. 5. Turnkey arrival — door code sent 3 days out.

US-1 at Grant, Grant-Valkaria — Closest launch to the house. One concrete lane, boarding dock, straight into the lagoon with no bridges to Sebastian Inlet.
- Drive to Grant Boat Ramp at that hour: 4 min each way (15 min to unload and rig).
- On the water about 7:19 am, back home around 9:23 am.
- Total trip: 2.4 hours.
- Best departure for flat water and light traffic: 6:00 am — the lagoon is usually glass until about 10am.
